Experience: 2-4+ years' social media experience
Successful candidate will:
1. Have 2-4+ years' social media experience, advertising agency preferred
2. Have experience developing strategic content for social media campaigns
3. Have experience in creating content for all social media platforms and experiencd with analytics tools
4. Be fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
The Community Manager will manage the brand’s social media accounts, concept and write copy for the content being created, and be passionate about analytics. This position will keep its finger on the pulse of the audience, understand what they are engaging with, and provide recommendations to help improve content moving forward.
This position will develop and manage the day-to-day content on the Hispanic market social media initiatives and develop strategic content calendars, analytics reports, and social media campaigns. The Community Manager will work in partnership with the Content Creator for the day-to-day to brainstorm and create content for the Latino pages (Facebook and Instagram) for now. This position is the liaison between the community and the brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience
Ability to read, analyze, develop and interpret marketing material. Ability to effectively present information to management, co-workers and clients. Ability to fluently read, write and speak English; must be fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as Advantage, SharePoint, METS, and Halogen; must be proficient in Adobe programs, specifically Premiere, After Effects, C4D a plus; knowledge of video formatting for multiple platforms; multi-media background is a must
Ability to define marketing needs, develop ideas, collect data, establish facts, plan meetings and meet deadlines
